The role of Senior Social Care Worker is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst making sure you always provide the highest level of care and lead by example. You will also liaise with the seniors in the home reporting any matters of concern. You must have experience in the care sector and have the willingness to learn and expand on your previous knowledge. Not only will you make a huge difference to people’s lives, but you’ll be able to enjoy days out, trips away and join in with many more activities, all of which ensures the people we work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.
Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Team Leader.

Willow House is a semi‑detached 1930’s style house in Amesbury, supporting up to eight individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs. Willow House has eight single bedrooms, five on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The home has its own front garden with a driveway and parking areas. The large rear garden backs onto farmland and has a lawn, patio seating area, a deck and a summerhouse. The home its own transport for local travel and leisure and recreational pursuits, including walks around the beautiful countryside.
