Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops / CRM Admin.
  • Practical CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Basic automation experience and reporting/BI exposure.
  • SaaS or martech experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own configuration and optimisation of HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Own onboarding documentation and training materials.
  • Design and improve processes.
