Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze client sentiment across channels.
• Own client experience measurement programs end to end.
• Develop and deliver reporting on Support Center performance.
• Analyze web and product analytics to understand client journeys.
• Build insights and narratives from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with various teams to apply insights.
• Support AI technology-related initiatives in client-facing experiences.
