Job summary

A leading education organization is seeking a Program Dean for summer programs in Cambridge. The candidate will be responsible for student welfare, acting as the first point of contact during the programs. Responsibilities include providing guidance, ensuring the smooth operation of activities, and upholding program rules. Applicants should have experience working with young people and in leadership roles. Remuneration starts from £680, with accommodation provided during the program. Compulsory training in July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for student welfare.
• Provide guidance and advice on student life and program rules.
• Resolve difficulties related to transfers, accommodation, and schedules.
• Ensure staff comply with welfare guidelines and procedures.
• Promote core values and uphold standards.
• Undertake duties as requested by Program Director.
