PIMCO is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Management professional to join its growing alternatives team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing business plans for existing investments, driving the financial performance of residential and commercial property assets and portfolios, and preparing and presenting strategic recommendations to Investment Committees.
This London‑based role sits within the PanEuropean Asset Management Team and core responsibilities include implementation and analysis of residential and commercial real estate business plans, working closely with senior asset managers and joint‑venture partners to review and implement underwritten and annual business plans. The individual will contribute to investments typically valued from 50 million and above, with exposure to assets at various stages of the investment cycle, across the capital structure.
Direct experience in real estate portfolio management is essential, with a strong preference for candidates possessing pan-European exposure. Advanced MS Excel modelling skills are required, and the successful candidate will maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of European property market sectors, cycles, and key performance drivers while fostering effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external advisors.
