The Product Manager role

• Owning the delivery of product strategy and execution for a core area of Light from 0→1 to scale.

• Turning complex financial workflows into intuitive, AI‑powered experiences.

• Partnering with Engineering, Design and Data to ship beautiful, high‑impact products fast.

• Translating ambiguity into structure: defining clear priorities, metrics, and direction in alignment with engineering and go‑to‑market teams (Customer Success & Sales).

• Working directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to uncover users insights and shape new automation.

• Making crisp, high‑quality decisions to deliver promptly and effectively: balancing velocity, precision, and impact.

• Ability to translate product vision and customer requirements into supportive guidance & direction for engineering teams.

• Influential experience in stakeholder engagement and communication at leadership and delivery team level.

• Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity, insight, or decision‑making, with the ability to apply first‑principles thinking to new problems.
