Qualifications

• Technically strong litigation experience: CILEx – Qualified or studying.
• Confident advocate with strong communication skills in Court.
• Experience of litigating energy debt.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal cases and undertake necessary litigation steps.
• Prepare and draft Court documentation and manage diverse legal claims.
• Negotiate settlements and provide guidance to Junior Paralegals.
