Job summary

A leading healthcare technology provider in Greater London is seeking a motivated 3rd Line Application Support Analyst. You will be responsible for managing escalated issues and resolving problems associated with custom healthcare systems built on Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support. This role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2:1 BSc degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripting, and Infrastructure as Code tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd line support for healthcare managed service customers.
  • Take ownership of assigned incidents, managing through to permanent resolution.
  • Field and resolve technical customer issues via multiple communication channels.
