• Proven experience as a 3rd Line IT/Cloud Engineer supporting Azure production environments.
• Experience with automation tools including Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting modern workplace environments with Intune and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure infrastructure as a senior technical SME.
• Resolve complex incidents across Azure and M365 services.
• Participate in the on-call rota to ensure service continuity.
