• Maintain all stages of food preparation to the highest standards.
• Ensure cooking and serving of meals according to menu requirements.
• Compliance with food safety regulations.
• Quality assurance of meal presentation and taste.
• Maintain portion control to minimize waste.
• Meet individual dietary requirements effectively.
• Maintain safe and efficient working environment.
• Store food and items correctly.
• Monitor stock and perform stock rotation.
• Deputize for Head Chef when necessary.
