What you’ll be doing…

As aDuty Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting staff throughout your shift. You’ll act as the first point of contact for both customers and employees, maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive environment.

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during your shift
  • Support, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure high service standards
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Ensure health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Coordinate staff breaks and shift changes, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed
  • Complete daily reports, logs, and handovers to senior management
  • Respond to emergencies or incidents and elevate when necessary

Working pattern: 5 out of 7 days | 14:30pm - 23:00pm | 40 Hours Per Week

  • Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures

  • Flexible, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding service

Due to security checks required for this role, all candidates will be subject to a basic criminal record check and must be able to provide a continuous five year checkable work history with verified gaps in employment. Full details and dates of all periods of employment/unemployment/education must be provided for the previous five years
