A children's residential care provider located in Leeds is seeking a passionate Dual Registered Manager to lead two solo EBD homes and a 3-bed home, creating a safe environment for young people aged 7 to 16. The ideal candidate should have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager. 💰 Salary: £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonuses (£2,000-£3,000 per visit)
Working Hours: Full-time | Permanent
