Driving Assistant at ABC Marketing Strategy Stop

Overview

Join us as a Driving Assistant and help create lasting impressions for our customers during their delivery experience. With a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern (7am‑7pm), you’ll enjoy a balanced work‑life that allows time for rest and personal pursuits.

The Sofa Delivery Company is part of the DFS group and serves our brands DFS and Sofology. We deliver wonderful moments, from recliners to footstools, and support each customer from the warehouse to their home. No prior experience needed – all training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes safely and professionally, ensuring no damage to furniture or property.
• Communicate effectively with customers beforehand to confirm delivery details.
• Deliver furniture to the requested room and leave the customer without any rubbish.
• Represent the company’s values and the values of our brand partners in all interactions.
• Work with team and managers to provide feedback and continually improve service standards.
