A specialist rail company in the UK is seeking experienced OTM Driver Maintainer Operators to ensure the safe and efficient operation of their fleet. Candidates should hold a valid European train driver licence and have significant experience in engineering and OTM maintenance. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and career progression opportunities.
We own and operate a wide range of specialist rail plant. Our teams work in collaboration with our clients on a broad variety of activities, from small installation projects through to large complex engineering schemes across the UK.
Our highly skilled people hold competencies to operate and maintain a variety of on‑track machines such as tampers, ballast regulators, Kirow cranes and RRV’s with specialist attachments.
We work with clients across main‑line railways, depots, overground mass transit networks and tramways, along with private sidings and heritage railways, delivering a variety of projects, including maintenance, overhead line installations, bridge installations and track renewals.
We have a fleet of On‑Track Machines (OTM) working on a long‑term contract with Network Rail to deliver mechanised track maintenance and infrastructure enhancements to help transform and maintain the UK rail network. Today we are also part of the East Coast Digital Programme (ECDP), delivering the European Train Control System (ETCS) on the East Coast South Mainline.
We are looking for experienced OTM Driver Maintainer Operators to join our high‑performing organisation with a strong order book and proven record for consistent safe delivery.
