  • Lead talent development and succession planning, fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead strategic service development in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, designing innovative offerings, and delivering projects that enhance clinical outcomes and drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards, embedding robust clinical governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Champion customer experience, consultant engagement, and innovation in service delivery.
  • Actively manage estates and non-clinical services within your portfolio, working closely with the Associate Director of Non-Clinical Services.
  • Promote Cromwell Hospital as a centre of excellence, supporting growth through consultant partnerships and service development initiatives.
Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Management or leadership qualification with healthcare focus.
  • Significant experience in operational and strategic leadership with demonstrable expertise in financial management, cost optimisation, and service development within an acute healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-professional teams and manage complex operational and financial portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and clinical governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and able to lead through complexity and change.
