This role is responsible for driving admissions, building referral relationships, and supporting our census growth goals. We are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys meeting people, representing a great facility, and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the admission process; ensure a warm, seamless experience for residents and families
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community partners
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and outreach plans
• Monitor inquiries, tours, referrals, and occupancy trends; report results to leadership
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and professional meetings
• Collaborate with the leadership team to support business goals
• Guide and support admissions/marketing staff as needed
• Promote and represent CareCore at Heritage with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications
