Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning design, facilitation, and program leadership at Director level or equivalent.
• Ability to shape the big picture while crafting detailed learning flows.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others to build capability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver three annual cohorts and quarterly activations for global leaders.
• Define and model best practices across the Global L&D suite.
• Partner with Program Leads to elevate content quality and narrative flow.
