XJTAG provides exceptional products all over the world for electronics diagnosis, fault finding and in-system programming. We are growing rapidly and sell to businesses across all industries through our global distribution network.

We are looking for a commercially-minded Digital Marketing Manager to work as a part of our marketing team. You will have responsibility for managing our marketing across all of our channels all the way from content creation to handing over leads to our business development team. As part of a small business your work will be varied as you help the wider business achieve its goals.

Your success will be seen in the reach and engagement of our marketing and the positive impact this has on the business’ sales. We are supportive, straightforward, innovative and motivated. We work hard to include everyone in our team and be themselves at work.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the company’s marketing strategy with other members of the marketing team to maximise our reach and impact
  • Design and deliver campaigns across multiple channels to increase market awareness of our products and services and generate leads
  • Work with teams, both technical and non-technical to plan, design and create content for our customer personas
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customer base, market segments and the wider electronics industry
  • Manage our marketing channels including email campaigns, website activity, LinkedIn presence, blog and hosted video content
  • Implement tracking, reporting and dashboarding of the company’s marketing activities
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor content to a range of audiences
  • Strong understanding from qualifications or experience of international B2B marketing, preferably to technical and engineering audiences
  • Exceptional organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, closely coordinated with other marketing and business development activity
  • Proficiency in a digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Instantly, Beehiiv and Clay, amongst others
  • Proven experience of SEO, campaign tracking and automation workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skills
  • Knowledge of the electronics, test or measurement industries is a plus
  • Interest in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus
  • Permission to work in the UK
