Role: Digital Marketing Executive Place of Work: Glasgow, City Centre Contract Type: Permanent, 35 hours Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

  • Podcast support: Assisting with podcast planning and content scheduling, briefing internal and external guests, supporting recording logistics , and publishing episodes across relevant platforms and the website.
  • Email marketing: Planning, writing and optimising email campaigns and newsletters using segmented audiences, performance testing and reporting to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Organic social media: Creating, scheduling and analysing organic social media content across key platforms to increase reach, engagement and brand awareness, informed by performance insights and trends.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar), and content management systems.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain SEO principles to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Data-led, performance-driven, and focused on delivering measurable results.
  • Strong attention to detail.
