A digital marketing agency is seeking a Digital Account Manager to support their team and lead digital marketing projects. This role involves collaborating with clients on campaigns, maintaining relationships, and delivering strategies that drive client success. The ideal candidate has experience in digital solutions and excellent project management skills. This is a temporary 9-month contract with potential for permanent placement depending on business growth.
Supporting the Digital team, you will be one of the main points of contact for our digital only clients, leading digital marketing projects from concept to execution, with a particular focus on working in collaboration with the Digital Account Director and Digital Account Manager on a large multi‑market digital loyalty campaign for a global client.
This is a temporary/contractual position to span the project duration of 9 months, with the possibility of extending this to a permanent role, subject to business growth within digital.
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll have solid experience in marketing with a customer‑service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital marketing adds value to company strategy and performance.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the agency’s business growth through creating and maintaining long‑term client relationships, identifying opportunities and developing account revenue.
