Diagnostics Technician

Location: Bristol -Bradley Stoke, BS32

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full‑time, Permanent - Immediate Start (Onsite role)

About The Role

We are recruiting a Diagnostics Technician to join our busy service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and helping to maintain the highest quality standards across a range of coffee vending machines.

This is a varied role combining customer service, technical support, spare parts coordination and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone and email support to customers, resolving technical queries and incidents
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with vending machines
  • Process and manage spare parts requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Inspect, test, and analyse returned components, preparing detailed reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Microsoft Dynamics (SAP experience desirable)
  • Prepare and update technical documentation for internal teams and customers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Quality, R&D, and Production to support issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, health & safety, and ISO standards
