A leading healthcare organization is seeking a part-time Advanced Clinical Practitioner to provide clinical leadership in Diabetes and Vascular care within multidisciplinary teams in England. Qualifications

  • Experience in leading/managing a team.
  • Experience of working as a senior clinician.
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Experience of working in an unscheduled care service.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and clinically examine patients with complex needs.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate effective management plans.
  • Provide information on medication regimens.
  • Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Promote best practice in line with current guidelines.

MSc Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
