Qualifications

  • Experience conducting participatory/qualitative research with evidence of impact.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills within NHS and university contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead co‑design workshops and creative interventions with NHS teams.
  • Produce design artefacts, prototypes, and toolkits.
  • Conduct and document participatory research and analyze findings.
  • Build relationships across complex institutional settings.
  • Share insights through reports and public engagement.
