O’Reilly’s Wholesale Ltd is a FMCG wholesale distribution company based in Newry, established in 1959 with a reputable customer base covering all of Ireland. We are currently recruiting a Design Support Role to support and assist the Design Team.

Job Description: Design Support – Newry (On-Site)

Reporting to the Design Lead, the successful candidate will be part of the wider Design Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the three-week promotional cycle as directed by the buying and trading teams, ensuring promotional books are kept up to date.
  • Update and manage website and app graphics, including images, banners, and visual content.
  • Resize, reformat, and adjust supplier-provided banners for web use in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the coordination of supplier marketing grants and ensure promotional materials are uploaded on time.
  • Assist with the design of promotional flyers for specific product lines, including seasonal and holiday promotions.
  • Create basic graphic and video content for social media platforms to support marketing campaigns.
  • Upload future promotional pricing as provided and ensure information is stored correctly.
  • Check promotional materials for accuracy, spelling, and pricing before publication.
  • Enter promotional pricing into Excel spreadsheets and verify data.
  • Follow brand guidelines across all digital and print materials.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce digital and print promotional materials as required.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance, or as part of a team.
  • Basic planning and organisational skills with an ability to work towards set outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritise workload with support when required.
  • Good attention to detail and basic copywriting skills.
  • Reliable work ethic with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • This role is fully office-based in Newry.
