As a Deput Team Leader, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.**The role:**As a Deputy Team Leader, you will help drive our goals by:* Through leading by example, take responsibility for demonstrating that EHS is #1 priority, through ensuring poor EHS culture and behaviour is challenged and dealt with appropriately.* Support the team leader to manage people and equipment to ensure on time delivery of production targets.* Operation of plant and equipment in line with business standards to meet applicable planned requirements.* Ensure processes and procedures are executed accurately and relevant document completed thoroughly in a timely manner.
