As a Deputy Manager at BCG, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the care home. You will lead our dedicated team with passion and commitment, fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents in line with BCG's policies and procedures and all external regulatory requirements.
Your role will extend beyond meeting professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager. You will supervise and coach colleagues to deliver Care That Makes The Difference.
You are a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN , possessing up to date clinical practices and strong leadership skills. You have a background in person-centred care planning ideally within a care home environment. Additionally, you are compassionate, resilient, and determined to provide the high standard of care that our residents deserve.
