The Deputy Manager will also carry out hands-on duties and manage operational aspects of the home. This position includes on-call duties and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ/Diploma L3 qualification required.
• Experience in a residential care home setting as a manager or supervisor.
• Strong understanding of care standards and regulations.
