A leading rehabilitation service provider is looking for a Deputy Head of Education to support the delivery of a high-quality education programme. Salary: £44,160.74 per annum (incl. pension scheme)
G4S CaRS manages four prisons, one secure training centre and a number of community contracts across England and Wales. As Deputy Head of Education, you will support the Head of Education to deliver a high quality education programme at Oakhill STC, ensuring safety, safeguarding, health, wellbeing and learning are integrated into every aspect of the centre.
You will have a professional teaching qualification and experience working with 14–18‑year‑olds, including those with special needs. You promote a child‑centred approach that prioritises safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing, and you provide a stable environment for children and staff. Your leadership style is resilient, engaging and adaptable to changing circumstances. You hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate and have lived in the UK for at least five years.
