Qualifications

• Must achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
• Previous experience in the defence sector is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response support to learners without an allocated coach.
• Schedule and attend learner progress reviews and complete documentation.
• Facilitate additional coaching interventions for learner progression.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver workshops to support learner progression.
• Conduct assessments per requirements of the company and organisations.

Skills

Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years experience as a qualified assessor

Minimum 5 years’ experience in appropriate industry environment

Good understanding of work-based learning programmes

Education

Award / Certificate in Education & Training (or equivalent)
