Job summary

A secure communications provider in Redhill is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to manage the successful delivery of technical projects for MOD contracts. You will oversee service delivery, manage project documentation, and act as the main point of contact for delivery issues. Candidates should have project management experience in government environments and a strong technical background, with DV clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold or be eligible for DV Clearance (UK nationals only).
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and technical project management of MOD project portfolios.
• Manage documentation including risk registers and schedules.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with obligations.
• Act as key contact for project delivery issues.
• Represent the business at key meetings.
• Assist with bid writing for MOD/government tenders.
