Job summary

A leading defense contractor in Helensburgh is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administrative support at the HM Naval Base. Responsibilities include managing data, coordinating meetings, and handling document control. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business applications. Responsibilities

  • Provide wide-ranging administrative support to the Safety, Health, Environment and Security department.
  • Manage data entry and maintenance, producing accurate reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
  • Handle document control and prepare visitor notifications.
  • Order supplies and liaise with contractors.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience using business applications
Familiarity with a Business Management System

Education

Standard Grade English and Maths Level 3 (or equivalent)
