Autism Pathways is a specialist provider of high-quality accommodation and support for adults with autism and complex needs. We are proud to be launching a brand-new, purpose-built residential service in Hawarden. As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of someone’s daily life. You’ll work closely with individuals to help them live safely, confidently, and independently—whether that’s supporting them with personal care, helping them prepare meals, or joining them in community-based activities.
Your role will be varied, meaningful, and deeply rewarding. You’ll be part of a team that provides:
You’ll be working in a highly structured setting with 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 support ratios, tailored activity programmes, and purpose-built apartments designed for both safety and independence.
Experience in autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioural needs is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to make a difference.
