A leading supported housing provider in Manchester is looking for a Day Concierge to offer on-site presence, monitor security, and support residents. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and empathy, as well as effective communication. You'll supervise building access, conduct checks, and maintain security logs. The Day Concierge will need to help ensure the safety of residents and the security of the building by being an on-site presence and will:
Shift pattern for this role will be: Sunday, 11 hrs, 8:45am-8:15pm.
You will instinctively work in a manner that aligns fully with values and behaviours, demonstrating energy and passion, along with a positive, can do attitude in your daily contribution as a night concierge to transforming lives.
You will be confident and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including clients, staff, agencies and local neighbours. We need you to have:
