A leading insurance provider is seeking a Data Platform Lead to manage a team of around 90 technical specialists. This role involves providing governance on projects, ensuring requirements are met, and leading multiple workstreams. Ideal candidates should possess previous experience in project or data management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. The role offers a salary between £40,000 and £55,000, alongside a generous benefits package including a bonus opportunity and flexible benefits.

A bit about the job:
You will support the management of a large team of c. 90 technical specialists – both on and off-shore – who are either Aviva staff or employed by our services supplier's. You will provide oversight and governance on new, as well as ongoing work, ensuring that our project requirements are met, services are maintained and that our estate infrastructure is fit for purpose, is kept secure and is also kept within budget.
You will need to be able to manage multiple workstreams, alongside motivating and leading numerous developers successfully. The role will also allow you to work alongside a team of technical specialists, ensuring efficient solutions are built that meet our customer’s, as well as Marketing business, needs.
