The role

As Data Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enabling our Data team to deliver even greater impact. You’ll manage our volunteer programme from onboarding through to activity coordination and recognition, and you’ll build strong partnerships with universities to deliver meaningful student projects. Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Your work will unlock extra capacity and expertise for our data and insight teams—helping us make better decisions for lifesaving and fundraising.

About you

You’re organised, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed. You’ll bring:

  • Experience coordinating volunteers, projects, or programmes in a complex environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, from technical teams to external partners.
  • Awareness of safeguarding and data governance principles (training provided if needed).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel); experience with scheduling or tracking tools such as Trello or MS Planner is a bonus.
