A leading security services provider in Farnborough is seeking a Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of premises. The role involves managing access control, patrolling sites, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents. Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security.
• Five years' checkable history and references required.
• Must pass a criminal records check (CRC).

Responsibilities

• Manage access control for buildings and car parks.
• Patrol buildings, car parks, and grounds to deter problems.
• Check and challenge ID passes professionally.
• De-activate and activate alarms, ensuring site security.
• Monitor fire, security, and building systems including CCTV.
• Identify and report Health & Safety issues.
• Respond to customer requests and queries.
• Maintain records including incident reports.
