About The Role

Qualifications

- Hands‑on experience creating reports and dashboards from scratch using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including commercial partners and business leaders, to deliver insights and support decision‑making.
- Knowledge of the retail or e‑commerce sectors is advantageous but not essential.
- Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to undertake new challenges in a greenfield environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience in financial and data modelling.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Experience using Python for data exploration, shaping, and analysis of complex datasets.
- Background in finance, with a relevant degree or active professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.

- Engaging in financial forecasting, modelling, and storytelling through data analysis.

- Leading the transition to a new BI platform (Domo), including system implementation and user training.
- Designing intuitive dashboards and providing training to empower teams in self‑service analytics.
