Job summary

A leading bakery company based in Bedford is seeking a skilled Customer Supply Chain Advisor. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, serve as their main contact for order processing, and resolve any queries while ensuring service performance is up to standards. The position requires strong communication skills coupled with a collaborative spirit. This is a permanent, full-time position that may involve occasional travel for customer meetings.

Job description

Location: Bedford (Wallis Way, MK42) occasional travel to 3PL sites and customer meetings
Contract: Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday; occasional rota-based weekend/out‑of‑hours with time in lieu)
