A leading financial services firm is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance its digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in creating and executing digital strategies, particularly in the motor finance sector, and will focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines sales and technical support, providing opportunities for professional growth. The position is field-based with frequent client interactions, offering a total package of £65k - £75k OTE.
Location: Please note this role is field based and requires frequent visits to clients on a regional basis four days a week. This role is covering the North East of England.
Remuneration: Base salary dependant on experience - total package indicator c£65k - c£75k OTE.
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is pivotal in delivering Evolution Fundings next generation experience of service, products and promise to our customers. As a CSM, you will focus on retaining and growing the customer base by delivering exceptional value through consultancy, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service through our Digital Field Sales Team. Through a data‑led approach, you will help drive the adoption of Evolution’s cutting‑edge solutions, acting as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring that every client achieves their platform or product‑specific goals from our broad range of products, services and Dealer in a Box proposition.
This is an exciting new type of Field Sales role for Evolution Funding that combines the best of technical support, customer service, and sales and offers the opportunity to have a real impact on digital transformation within the motor finance industry. This role also offers a structured CSM training program with opportunities for external accreditation and an excellent onward career path.
