You’ll become a Pave product and compensation expert and you’ll use that expertise to onboard and manage 30-40 customers at a time. You’ll make sure your customers implement and get value from our products quickly, and tee them up for a healthy, long-term relationship with Pave.
You’ll do this in partnership with the Account Management team, the Sales team, the Product and Engineering teams to ensure our customers are successful.

This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. The targeted cash compensation for this position is (level depends on experience and performance in the interview process):
P2: 53,000 - 73,000 GBP
P3: 66,000 - 86,000 GBP
P4: 82,000 - 102,000 GBP
