A leading healthcare provider in Norwich seeks a Customer Service Assistant to manage a high volume of calls and assist with patient care. Location: Norwich (with occasional travel to other clinics)
Salary: £25,396.80
Contract: Permanent / Full-time
Hours: Shift-based (including some early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends)
This is a heavily call-based position, managing a high volume of calls—up to 100 calls on a busy day alongside email and administrative tasks.
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referring companies, arranging appointments, answering queries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Please note: This role is based in Norwich but will require occasional travel to other clinics and involves working on a shift rota.
