Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Liverpool - Mersey Chambers with Hybrid Working

Salary: £25,877 - £27,515 plus up to £2,000 performance‑related bonus

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Three rotating shift patterns:

  • Early Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Mid Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Late Shift: 11:00am - 7:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Achieve performance targets and KPIs to drive team success and earn salary increases.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service, excelling in call audits and meeting quality standards.
  • Turn complaints into positive experiences through empathy, patience, and problem‑solving.
  • Handle policy queries and changes, acting as the customer’s go‑to expert.
  • Provide VIP service to all customers, exceeding expectations in every interaction.
  • Represent the brand proudly as a brand ambassador.

Applicants must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post‑Study Work visa. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

Candidates with experience as Customer Service Assistant or Customer Service Executive may also be considered.
