HB Leisure Ltd are looking for enthusiastic and people-centric individuals to work as Customer Service Assistants (Games Host) at Alton Towers Resort.

As aCustomer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our thrilling skill games whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage a skilled games kiosk in a high-energy, theme park environment
  • Engage with guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable experience
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event
  • Handle transactions and prize distribution with confidence and enthusiasm
