What You Will Be Responsible For
- Making sure that the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with company policies and procedures, is your top priority.
- Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with company beliefs.
- Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café.
- Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock, and stock management tasks.
- Being proactive with supporting offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
- Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt.
What We Are Looking For
- Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energized by working together as a collaborative team within a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Previous retail experience is not required; online and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
