A leading hire provider in the UK is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive in Newport to build and maintain client relationships. You will conduct business reviews, ensure client satisfaction, and work closely with account managers. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and previous sales experience. Role - Customer Relationship Executive
Location - Newport
Hours - 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday
As a Customer Relationship Executive you willbe building and maintaining relationships with our clients.You will be conducting business reviews to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services whilst alerting the sales team to further opportunities. Working to targets and KPIs will play an important partof the role. You will also work closely with account managers, ensuring we are providing the best service possible.
