Customer & Product Manager (6–9 Month Contract)
Hybrid – London King’s Cross + WFH

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer& Product Manager to join us on a 6-9 month contract and help shape how our iconic brand shows up in store and online.

You'll work across multiplechannels and retail partners, supporting product road mapping, campaign rolloutsand POS development that helps us win at the shelf.

What you'll be doing:

  • Get to know the products, inside and out: Understand the features andbenefits that make our paints stand out. You’ll help shape clear, compellingmessaging that communicates why our products matter across POS,packaging, digital and retail channels.
  • Lead day today POS and packaging delivery: Ensure assets are deliveredon time and on brand to key retailer partners, bringing consistency andstandout across every touchpoint.
  • Support retail and marketplace activation: Keep product content, imageryand messaging up to date across third-party retailers, making sure our brandshows up brilliantly every time.
  • Keep things running smoothly: Be the safe pair of hands juggling multipletimelines, workstreams and deadlines working closely with supply chain, salesand operations. You’ll help keep projects on track, teams aligned and detailswatertight.
  • Apply insight where it counts: Use performance data, retail feedback andcustomer insight to guide messaging, asset development and productstorytelling that resonates and delivers.

What you'll bring:

  • Solid experience in customer or product marketing, ideally in a DIY retail,FMCG, or consumer brand environment.
  • Hands on experience with POS development and in-store marketing delivery.
  • Confidence working with retailers and third-party marketplaces.
  • A practical, organised mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, briefs and deadlines.
  • Experience with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central orShopify is a plus but not essential.
