A customer service company in the UK is looking for a Customer Engagement Adviser to create strong relationships with customers. Customer Engagement Adviser to build excellent relationships with customers. You will take pride in giving that personal touch which leads to great customer outcomes. Welcoming customers into the branch. Handling cash and dealing with customers account’s queries accurately. Listening to and understanding customer’s needs in order to provide the correct service.
