A leading food service provider in Bicester is looking for a Customer Support Advisor. In this full-time role, you will assist customers via phone and email, processing orders and queries effectively. You will develop strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service. The position offers a competitive salary of £27,107 plus a bonus, hybrid working prospects after probation, and various employee benefits including discounts on food products and recognition awards.

This is a full-time role working 37.5hrs per week. The shifts are8.5hrs, between 7am-5pm and working 1 in 3 weekends.
