A family-run grocery store is seeking a Customer Assistant (Trading) to provide excellent customer service. In this part-time position, you will work 15 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 6am or finishing as late as 10:30pm. Responsibilities include serving customers at checkouts, restocking shelves, and ensuring product freshness. No retail experience necessary as training will be provided to help create a warm and welcoming shopping experience.
Location: Kirkby Lonsdale
This is a part time position with a contract of 15 hours per week. The hours required for this role involve 6am starts and/or 10:30pm finishes.

That means as a Trading Customer Assistant, you could be serving our customers at the checkouts, replenishing stock, checking dates across our fresh produce and grocery products, as well as helping unload deliveries. You don't need retail experience to join our family. As with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
