Customer Assistant (Specialist)

Working pattern

This is a part time role with a contract of 30 hours per week.

The Role

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. For this position, you will primarily work on our Counters:

Counters

As part of our Counters team, you will be working on our Raw, Fish, Deli, Cheese and Hot Counters, and you will be working with a variety of raw meat, fish and dairy products. You will have a high degree of customer interaction and should therefore have a friendly, polite and approachable manner. You don't need retail experience to join our family. As with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.

Salary

21+: £12.30 p/h

18-20: £10.30 p/h

Under 18: £9.80 p/h
